A performing arts summer school in Cardiff with a week of acting, singing and dancing activities exploring the hit musical "Hairspray".  The week will culminate in a workshop 'Showback' at 3pm on the last day for friends and family in The Cathedral School's Roald Dahl Theatre.

This summer school is open to all (not just existing Stage Centre students)

-    Your name, address and daytime telephone number.
-    The name(s) and age(s) of any child you would like to enrol.
-    Any medical conditions that we will need to be aware of.

You will receive an email confirming availability. A £50 deposit (per child) is required to secure the booking.  Payment can be made by cheque or securely over the internet (full details  of how to pay this will be included with your confirmation email).

The full balance of payment for the summer school is due no later than the first day of the activities (23rd July).

Last Year's Summer School

Last year's summer school took place on 25th-29th July at The Cathedral School.  Just under thirty children took part, a mixture of existing students and many children new to The Stage Centre.  At the end of the week students presented a 'potted' version of the Broadway hit musical 'Little Shop of Horrors'.

Some parents may have been a little concerned to see their children 'eaten' by a giant alien plant, but of course we were able to return them intact (and elated). A great time was had by all and we are delighted that more than half of the children who were new to us now attend weekly and have recently performed in We Will Rock You at The Richard Burton Theatre, Cardiff!
