Our Centre Stages session provides students with first class training in Drama, Singing and Dance. Students are split in to three age specific groups:

Intermediates 7-10yrs Pre-Seniors 10-13yrs Seniors 13-16yrs

The timetable for the weekly three-hour session is varied depending on the term's project.

Generally, Autumn Term begins with a series of workshops and then around half term rehearsals commence for the large yearly production. Here students are mainly working together as a company.

Rehearsals continue through Spring Term  with the performance taking place before the Easter break.

Summer Term marks the beginning of exam preparation with students working towards individual LAMDA acting grades (optional) and classes working towards group Musical Theatre Examinations (Performance Arts Awards). Students mainly work in their classes and have three 45minute sessions of dance, drama and singing as well as a joint session to end.

Examination work then features in our annual in house festival or charity concert.

Students are given as many additional performance opportunites as possible throughout the year.
